The guesthouse is surrounded by vines and olive trees and has a magnificent view over the largest and cleanest volcanic lake of Europe. We have ten new, comfortable guestrooms and suites. All guestrooms are fully equipped, with private bathroom and furnished balcony or patio with splendid views. Ten guestrooms and suites are furnished and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Three self catering apartments are located at the ground floor of the casa, all with direct access to a furnished patio with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities.

Poggio Le Stalle, is an ideal, tranquil location to chill out. The atmsophere is warm, friendly and relaxed helping set the tone for a memorable holiday in Umbria, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy.The property nestles amidst a mediterranean oak forest overlooking a virtually private valley with a view which stretches to the Terminillo mountain range. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and touring with many beautiful locations and cultural visits within easy driving distance. There are 3 homes for vacation rentals and a lovely swimming pool that is shared by the 3 homes. Le Stalle has 5 ensuite bedrooms and large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. La Pergola sleeps six. It has a large open plan sitting room with a fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. Le Ciliege is a smaller studio farm unit for two people or a small family. It's made up of a spacious sleeping and sitting area, a kitchenette and separate bathroom.

The converted convent offers 20 large rooms with bath. A castle-like atmosphere pervades & meals are offered in a beautifully appointed dining room. The pool with a spectacular view is a great spot in which to relax. The hotel is located on a private hilltop surrounded by vineyards. A private chapel offers Sunday mass. This is a great place to use as a base for touring Lazio, southern Tuscany and Umbria. In addition to the 20 rooms in the castle, there are three independent cottages, without full kitchens, as well as a 3bedroom/3bath self-catered apartment with full kitchen, available to rent by the week.
Diego's olive oils and jams are for sale, and are the best we have ever tasted. It's worth a visit if only for a meal and to purchase his food. Reservations for meals are necessary, and Diego will prepare a meal you will long remember.

The Hotel and Reception Area have been completely restored in every minimal detail. Each of the 7 en-suite bedrooms is furnished with antique family pieces. The hotel is set in 1/2 acres of gardens with a beautiful swimming pool. It is located off the Magliana Sabina exit of the A-1, about 45 minutes north of Rome.

Rates are reasonable. There are 14 rooms which are furnished in a charming antique country style.
Agritourismo Campo Antico, Orte (VT) Strada Amerina KM 5.5 LocalitĚ Cacciarino, Orte - between Orte and Amelia Tel: ++39.0761-402.380 Fax:++39.0761-490.317 www.campoantico.com We pass by this newly-restored agritourismo every time we drive from Amelia to Orte. It overlooks a beautiful Umbrian valley and is almost always sunny. Dino went inside to get a brochure and was given a tour. There are nine rooms in all, with great views. Double rooms with bath are (2010) €70-120 per night, depending on the season and type of room, including breakfast. We think they are also open for lunch and dinner, and will report as soon as we try it out. It's about 15 minutes from L'Avventura.
